The following are the key roles for which ROI may have positions available:

Network Engineer:

As an ROI Network Engineer, you will need strong technical skills and even stronger communications capabilities, since in this role you will be interacting with clients. You will provide technical leadership on projects from beginning to end, with emphasis not only on excellent initial design, but also on creative problem resolution. Requirements for this position are several years of experience working in a technical environment in which you acquired in-depth knowledge of at least one networking system such as NT or Netware. This role will require up to 70% day travel to locations throughout the local region.

Software Engineer:

As an ROI Software Engineer, you will need strong applications development skills and in at least one of several environments and languages. Your communications capabilities should also be high as you will be expected to work directly with clients and team members on high profile development projects. Requirements for this position include experience in application development and design. Certification in C, C++, Java, Visual Basic, HTML, XML, and Javascript are also beneficial. This role is primarily office-based but occasional short-term travel to locations throughout the nation may be required.

Account Manager:

As an Account Manager, you will need both strong technical understanding and excellent communications capabilities. Your role will be to work closely with clients and our technical staff to insure goals are identified, milestones are met and satisfaction is delivered. You will provide business leadership on projects from beginning to end, with emphasis not only on excellent initial design, but also on creative problem resolution. Requirements for this position are a demonstrated understanding of application development or networking technology and experience in project or business management.
