Security Technology
ROI has made considerable investment in the latest server, database, backup, firewall and authentication technologies. These technologies are part of a sophisticated security architecture. These investments mean that information about the identity and preferences of individuals is not accessible to anyone outside our company.

Anti-Spam
ROI does not support the sending of unsolicited commercial email to any Internet user. We will not engage in improper email activities such as spoofing, or falsifying, the sender's address and cloaking, or hiding, the identity of the sender. Our systems provide recipients the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from our clients. We believe that it is important and necessary to provide users the ability to easily correct, update or remove their information from the systems we host on behalf of our clients.
